Before you arrive
Complete your forms online, and bring your insurance card, photo ID and a list of current medications.
The exam
Digital X-rays, intraoral photos, a full charting of your gums, a check of each tooth and existing restoration, and an oral cancer screening.
The conversation
Dr. Tajalli walks through what she found using your own images, answers your questions, and asks what you want from your smile.
Your plan
You leave with a written plan, prioritized into urgent, recommended and optional, plus a clear cost estimate including your insurance portion.
Your cleaning
Most patients have their cleaning at the same visit. If gum disease is present, we will explain why a different type of cleaning is needed.
