Clear aligners move teeth gradually using a series of smooth, removable trays. They are nearly invisible, come out for meals, and fit adult Uptown and Galleria schedules far better than brackets and wires. Dr. Tajalli oversees every case personally from scan to retainer.
Your digital plan
We start with a 3D scan, no putty impressions. You see a simulation of how your teeth will move and roughly how long treatment will take before you commit to anything.
Wearing your trays
Aligners are worn 20 to 22 hours a day and changed on a schedule, usually every one to two weeks. Most adults finish in six to eighteen months depending on how much movement is needed.
Check-ins and refinements
You visit us every six to eight weeks so we can confirm the teeth are tracking. If a tooth lags behind, we order refinement trays, which is a normal part of treatment and included in most plans.
Keeping the result
Teeth drift for life. A retainer, worn nightly after treatment, is what keeps your new alignment where we put it.

You will feel pressure for a day after each new tray. That pressure is the movement happening, and it fades quickly.
For most mild to moderate crowding, spacing and bite issues, yes. We will tell you honestly if braces are the better tool.
